- By engaging in acts of community service to encourage servant leadership.
- By building confidence in their ability to witness to their peers.
- By fellowship because Proverbs 27:17 NLT tells us that: As iron sharpens iron, so a friend sharpens a friend.

It helps children pray for, support, and learn about missionaries, shifting their focus from themselves to others.
