Then Jesus called for the children and said to the disciples, “Let the children come to me. Don’t stop them!" For the Kingdom of God belongs to those who are like these children. 

  “And anyone who welcomes a little child 

like this on my behalf is welcoming me. 

 Direct your children onto the right path,
and when they are older, they will not leave it. 

 Don’t let anyone think less of you because you are young. Be an example to all believers in what you say, in the way you live, in your love, your faith, and your purity.

And you must commit yourselves wholeheartedly to these commands that I am giving you today.  Repeat them again and again to your children. Talk about them when you are at home and when you are on the road, when you are going to bed and when you are getting up.  

God has given each of you a gift from his great variety of spiritual gifts. Use them well to serve one another.
